I continue to get an error message saying that the remote failed to create -- the specified network name is no longer available. I managed to create one several months ago but was never able to do it again and get the same error when we tried to sync it.
The is critical to our process. I phoned tech support countless times and they were unable to help.
I need ideas.....please

What version of ACT! (the full build from Help | About)?
Are you creating the RDB to a local path?
