Remote App issue

Hi everyone,

 

 

we have slight issue with ACT Pro running as Remote APP (Terminal Server Windows 2008 R2).

 

ACT Pro 2012 (SP1 up to date) installed on Windows 2008 R2 (most up to date).  Everything works fine apart from attaching a file from notes. Does not matter if this is an Admin account or not. All the security software (av/firewall) has been switched off. When you press attach, nothin happens. Sometimes if you click one hundred times it will show the submenu, and you can click file and attach a file but clicking on this one hundred times - as you can imagine, is not an option...

Works fine if the user will log in to terminal server but not if you run this as remote app.

 

Anyone with similar issue here?
