Reinstall problem

I tried reinstalling ACT 2008 on a new computer using Vista Home Premium and try to launch ACT I receive an error message stating: The type initializer for Protexis[]threw and exception.  When I click cancel, it closes the application.  Any suggestions as to where I can find an answer?
