I have successfully at long last, loaded my Sage Act 2009 V11 into another device. Since I originally regiestered it over two years ago, it will not take my registration on my newer comnputer. So now I am on a 30 day trial. What can I do to get this already paid for and registered app to work but not on a 30 day trial? I even tried to register by email but the email came back as it was a bad address.

You may need to register act via the phone instead of the internet. The phone option will give you a telephone number to call in your region, they may need to reset your install count for the registration to work.
I assume you have installed v11 and have the relating serial number for that version?
