I had to replace my hard drive and now reinstalling Act pro2011 and not sure if the serial number is the number on the white tag below the bar code on the box the software came in? Or because this was an upgrade is the original Act 2006 number required?
Or is the number some where else?
Appreciate direction on completing the reinstall -- Thanks

You don't need the Act 2006 serial number to reinstall and register Sage ACT! Pro 2011. The serial number should indeed be on the white tag below the bar code on the box. If you're still experiencing issues getting it registered, you can call customer service at 877-386-8083 for assistance verifying your serial number.
