Business never rests, and neither should your technology. Celebrating 25 years of serving the contact and customer management needs for small businesses and sales teams, Sage ACT! 2013 delivers contemporary new features that help you leverage the latest trends in mobility, social media, as well as other feature enhancements.
With Sage ACT! Premium Mobile1 you stay connected with real-time, mobile access to your Sage ACT! contact, calendar, and opportunity details from your iPhone®, iPad®, or AndroidTM device. Special note for Sage ACT! Premium customers: Sage ACT! Premium Mobile requires set-up and configuration of Sage ACT! Premium (access via web).
And since business is all about building relationships, Social Updates2 helps your sales and marketing efforts by giving you an insider’s perspective on what your customers care about most. View a collection of your contact’s last 25 posts made on LinkedIn®, Facebook®, and TwitterTM.
Sage ACT! 2013 also includes enhancements to productivity features like Smart Tasks that can now run even when Sage ACT! is closed, as well as automatically update fields like changing the status to Closed-Won once the opportunity has reached the sales fulfillment stage.

I believe they have closed new admissions to the beta. You may have received an e-mail about it that was flagged as spam by accident. Sage appreciates everyone that participates in the beta and I'm sure they would be happy to have you participate in the future.
