I am new to ACT. I have a client who lost their hard drive last week, including the ACT database and no, I don't believe there is a backup.
I understand they can access their data in the cloud based application. Is there any way to rebuild the on-premise database using the cloud data?
I appreciate any help,
PS part of their infrastructure includes a proper backup strategy.

Sorry for the delay. It's 2010. They can access everything from myactlogin, but we need to be able to pull down the database to their current system.
Is there anyway to do this? I am assuming once ACT is installed again we will have the option to connect it to the online databaes and it will repopulate the local copy.
Any help would be appreciated.
