Recording History Settings

ACT! 2009 11.1 -

 

Can I change the default view when Recording a History? The box initally pops up with Type: Call and Result: Call Completed.

90% of my histories are Call Left Message, so it could save some time if I could put that at the top of the list.

no you cannot change the primary setting for the three primary activity types call, meeting, and to-do
