Disappearing act (no pun intended) is happening when an employee is recording a new history - call - call left message. This seems to be happening with one employee who has noticed this occuring in the last two days or so. He was only alerted to the fact after a contact called him back and he returned to to the customer contact only to see his 'left message' history was not there. This has now happened a dozen or so times.
Is this some type of glitch? Now he's worried that other types of histories are disappearing as well (he works on call by call commission, so this is an important feature for him).

Make sure no filters are set on the History Tab.
You want "All Dates", "All Types", and "All Users."

There are no filters on the History tab at all - I checked that earlier and "All Dates", "All Types", and "All Users" is the standard selection.
Is there any other reason this would be happening?
