I was wondering if it's possible to add a field in the Regarding drop down list in Record History. Is it a default drop down list?if so, can we personalise it?
I was also wondering if there's a way to add a record history and authomatically send it via email to someone without the copy/paste steps copy the note into an email body).

You can edit the "Regarding" drop-down list, but you have to do it from the Scheduling area. So, for example, Start to schedule a Call and you will see the Regarding field, but here you can edit the list.
No, it doesn't work this way, but what you normally do is just send the email and a history record will be automatically created including the body of the email if you wish.
