Have Ver. 2010 using XP Pro. In the past, when I clicked to duplicate a contact, it would bring up all the data for the first contact and just leave the fields that would be specific to a New Contact blank for me to fill in. (Name, phone, email.) Now, all the contact fields are blank and I get an Error Message that says, "Value cannot be null". This happens whether I choose duplicate primary or all fields.
I tried searching the FAQ for "duplicating contacts" but couldn't find this problem.
