This is getting old.
If I had faith in tech support I would just wait for them. Some guy names Keith in tech support was rude & disrespectful & on top of everything else, not very knowledgable.
I'm trying to get this laptop dialed in for an employee & I can normally figure these things out.
I think ACT released the new version to soon. The Protexis issue is maddening. RE-Installing the Protexis does nothing.

No one is going to be able to help you unless you specify what version of Act! you are using. Also, be more specific out your problem. Is it a registration problem or a Protexis problem?
