I have recently upgraded from ACT 6 to ACT 2012.
I wanted to use the e-mail client in ACT but it kept locking up my system. So tech support said today that I need to be using Outlook as my e-mail client so they helped me set that up. However now I can’t e-mail multiple groups with the same email.
We are a nonprofit organization and we have different committees. I have a group set up for each committee. There are times I need to send the same e-mail to several different committees (groups) but now I can’t.
ACT 2012 has made my job harder than ACT 6 !!!
Does anyone have any ideas on how I can e-mail several different groups with the same e-mail?
You help would be GREATLY appreciated !!!!
