We are currently using Sage Act 2012 Pro and have Durkin Impact Suit Ver 18.104.22.168 installed.
We had created a number of customised data entry forms and tables using the Impact Suite.
We wanted to move our Publisher Database to a new machine so backed it up and restored it without a problem.
However when we now open the database although the Custom Tables are viewable the Customised Data entry Form no longer display and this is therefore causing us a huge problem.
Has anyone else experienced this problem and could suggest a resolution?
I´ve posted on the Durkin Community and emailed their support already.

All the Durkin Impact support files, including data entry forms, are stored in the database supplemental folder.
\\SERVERNAME\MYDATABASE\MYDATABASE - database files\Durkin\
This folder gets zipped into a file named 'Durkin.UI.Impact.v5.zip' inside the backup folder to 'piggy back' on Act!'s backup and restore.
\\SERVERNAME\MYDATABASE\MYDATABASE - Databased Files\Durkin\
When the database is restores Impact will find the Durkin.UI.Impact.v5.zip then extract it back into the supplemental folder.
It sounds like this did not happen on your restore.
Manually extract the zip file from the backup folder on the destination PC
Copy the entire 'Durkin' folder from the source PC to the destination PC.
