Brian, It may that the history recording preference has to be set while the program is still integrated with Outlook 2007, prior to being copied over to the Outlook 2010 install. I will do some additional testing and post my results in this thread. If needed we can put additional versions of the .xml file in the KB article, for each history recording preference.
Note: Effective 6/1/13, Sage no longers provides support for the Act! software. This is now provided by Swiftpage.
