Quick Print Version 10.0

I recently purchased the ACT for Premium software and have encountered what I presume to be a bug.  When performing a Quick Print (after untagging all in the client list), the first default screen is blank and prints as so.  However, if canceling the print option on the first request and then going back into Quick Print, I am able to print the full list.  This happens each and every time.  Is this a bug? or can I do something to change this?

Have you updated to 10.0.1.199 - You can download the current patch from http://www.act.com/support/updates/index.cfm
 
If that doesn't help, does the same thing happen in the Demo database?
