I saw the description of the Dial It Pro addon, and it seems like it can be very helpful in my job on several aspects (call managing, contacts follow-up, detailed reports,...) But I still have a few questions and minsunderstandings.
Firstly on the software:
- Is it customised for reporting? - What is the difference between the standard (TAPI) and pro (Call Center) version ?
And concerning hardware:
- I want to use a SNOM 320 phone, is it compatible?
- Does my computer needs new components, adaptators?
Concerning TAPI, I have a few misunderstanding. To configure it (drivers, device, provider,...) I have to check my modem, my phone or my computer?
I am using Sage ACT! Pro 2013 Version 15.0.301.0 (local database) on windows 7
