My ACT 2009 stop working yesterday. When I try to open it a box opens:
A service required to use ACT! is not currently running. Please log on to your computer as an administrator and start the service manually. Click Start & type "services.msc" in the start search field. Right click Protexis Licensing and then click Start. Once completed restart ACT.
I tried the above but I keep getting the following;
Windows could not start the Protexis Licensing V2 service on local computer. Error2: The system cannot find the specified file.
