At this point, I can truthfully say that I wish I had NEVER switched from another contact manager to ACT!
Previously, I lost the comment section from the detailed view of my contacts.
Still trying to straighten that out.
Then the calendar screws up.
Can't even get to the correct date. Mini calendars appear for 2025.
Tried ACT!'s fix. So far it doesn't work.
It appears that I have to manually delete the preferences. God only knows, given everything else that's happened if that will work. I, for justified reasons, have my doubts.
I check for updates.
I am now updated to ACT! by Sage 2010 Version 220.127.116.11, Hot Fix 1
So I start to use the revised version.
ALL of my email addresses AND any phone number other than the primary phone number is GONE.
To say that I'm ticked is an understatement!
I've decided to start looking for something else to use before this [Edit: inappropriate content removed] destroys any thing else.

I am sorry to hear about the issues you are having after applying the update ACT! 2010. We would like the opportunity to help you in this matter. Please see your Private Messages in this forum.
Note: Effective 6/1/13, Sage no longers provides support for the Act! software. This is now provided by Swiftpage.

What a problem !! I wouldn´t like to be in your shoes.
Fortunately I never had such problem.
I use ACT since version one and works fine, just fine for me.
Well, of coarse there are things to improve but I like it very much. I also would like to sat that even working in Brazil Sage guys are always there to help.
And they help me.
Hope they help you too. I would suggest you to keep trying a bit more.
