Before Christmas, everything was working fine.
We have now upgraded Act Pro to 19.2.5, and outlook linking via the add in, has stopped working.
We have reinstalled Outlook it is now on version 1812 (Build 11126.20188 Click to Run)
Please can you advise, how to get this working again please.

Look in task manager and see if you have 2 64-bit versions of "Act Outlook Service"
If you have the same as the picture this is causing the issue.
To fix this you need to end the task for both of the entries and then copy the files "Act.Outlook.Service.exe" and "Act.Outlook64.Service.exe " from the install Act1 SP2 folder from "act!_pro_v19_sp2x144\ACTSTD\program files\ACT\ActInstallDir " and then copy them to the Act! install directory on the PC replacing the existing files "C:\Program Files (x86)\ACT\Act for Windows". Once overwritten double click the Act.Outlook.Service.exe to start the application.

in task manager check the startup info for the 32 bit one and make sure it's not set to disabled (this is windows 10)
if it's windows 7 then use msconfig via run
