I am not sure if anyone has a fix for this.
I have all my fonts related to email set for ARIAL in 8 points.
If I are on a particular contact in the "contact details" and send an email it opens ACTEMAIL as is should. and has "Hi USERNAME" to begin with.
If at this stage I select INSERT then SIGNATURE and place my signature in the email it comes up although is in TIMES NEW ROMAN. Note that when I created my signature I had cut it and pasted it into NOTEPAD first then re cut it back into the signature so as to not carry any HTML code.
The strange thing is when I am in Actemail and select new email and then put the signature in, it all works fine?
Any one have any ideas please?

Thanks for your help David!
I have followed your advice and checked this.
The email body template was already set to ARIAL 10.
I re saved this and tried again, no luck!
Maybe it is a glitch with the program? The HI <Salutation> section is in ARIAL 10. although when I insert the signature it comes back up as TIMES NEW ROMAN?
Is this just a quirk that I have to live with?
