Problems with email merge, Act 2007

Hi all. I'm having problems with the e-mail merge on Act 2007. I've been trying to email just one person to test the merge, using the "Mail to Current Lookup" option, and the email comes up without the e-mail address in it.  Argh!

 

Help! Any ideas?

A few things to look at:

  • Have you tried doing this with a different contact record?
  • Have you tried selecting 2 contact records to test?
  • Is the email address you want in the default email field?
  • Is the email address formatted correctly on the contact you were testing with?
  • Have you tried testing the mail merge using the demo database?
