I use Integrate With Google > Record History to attach emails and attachments to my contacts. It has been working fine for several months.
Lately, I've noticed that the subject and the attachments of the email are being recorded into my database, but the text in the BODY of the email is not being recorded.
In my Google Integration Preferences, "Enable GMail History Recording" is checked, and "Email subject, message, and all attachments" are selected to be recorded in both sent and received emails.
Has anyone else experienced this? Any ideas how to fix this?
