I have ACT! by Sage Premium 2010 Version 220.127.116.11, Hot Fix 1. See Movie: http://downloads.act4advisors.com/mov/ACT!_by_Sage_Premium_2010_Version_18.104.22.168,_Hot_Fix_1.html
I am not able to create a new record when in group, company, or calendar lookup. After I type in the contact name and save, the record disappears. I should receive a message "Changes you made to this record..." I do'n't receive a message and lose the record after saving.
