I am running Act 2009 Standard. I have been exporting email addresses out of Outlook and importing them into a mailing database I set up in act. I only have 2 fields. Contact and Email. I do the contact by sequential numbering 1,2 3…. The emails come from Outlook. I have duplicate checking for email address only. I have done this for 5 or 6 years with little to no problem. All of a sudden my imports will not take. Everything goes through the motions but the total number of contacts is not increases. I am importing with a CSV format. What could the problem be? This is hurting my ability to communicate with my customers.
Also both these services are runningsql server act 7sql server browser
