I have recently purchased an upgrade from ACT 6 to ACT 2010. I have converted my Database. Everything went fine but The "Contact" entry does not recognize the format I chose:
The format of the "Contact " entry in the ACT 6 database is "Doe,Mr. John". When ACT 2010 converts it it appears the same but when I try to write a letter or other template document the entry comes out as "John Doe,Mr." When I use the dialog box to edit the entry it refuses to give me the correct choices.
What can I do.
