I have a problem with my syncronisation of ACT! 2013 Premium Version 18.104.22.168 and my outlook 2013 32 bit.
The syncronisation to act to outlook work
My probleme is the syncronisation outlook to act

I will offer my 2 cents worth ...
I never synchronize b/c of all the duplicates I keep getting. My environment is complicated by the fact that Outlook is also attached to Exchange.
About once a month, I do a complete delete of all contacts in Outlook and then do an import from ACT. As needed, I will then add contact on what ever time period is comfortable to me. I created a field called "Outlook" and the results are either "Outlook" meaning the contact has been moved there, or "Add to Outlook" which means it hasn't been added. That field entry is created every time I create a new contact.
This works for me - hope it helps you.
