I am using act! on a laptop with windows vista. All my folders with emails in them have disapeared. Is there anyway to recover them.
I am really not happy that this has happened and I understand I should be using Outlook but right now I am not.
Please Help me !

Recovery of the emails can be done, but it requires a special utility/program. You can call into the Sage ACT! Customer Support group for assistance, or I believe some of the Certified Consultants now have the utility. To contact Customer Support, the phone number is 800-927-3989. Note: If you do not have a valid support plan, there will be a charge for the service.
