I recently switched out computers (Win 7 32bit to Win 7 64bit). I previously had Office 2007 and installed 2010 on the new PC. My Outlook works fine with ACT! All of the Add-ins are working. My version is Sage ACT! Premium 2011 Version 18.104.22.168, Hot Fix 5.
ACT will not recognize Word 2010. It is not available in the drop down list to select the Default Word Processor Application. Here's what I have tried thus far with no success:
All Windows Updates are current. I'm pulling my hair out at this point. We have other users in our office using Win 7 and Office 2010 with no issues.
Any helps or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
