We recently bought a new computer at work. I have loaded ACT 2007 (9.0) on the new machine. When I go to launch ACT, it immediately comes up with a message "ACT! 9.x/2007 has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."
I've tried deleting the program and reinstalling it several times with the same result. I have the anti virus and firewall turned off. We have seven other computers in the office with ACT installed with no problems.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
