In the List View I have customized a column to appear on the List View. The problem is that the header of the column does appear, but the actual information for that column does not appear for each company. When I view in Detail View that particular column does have the information that should be showing up in the column in the List View.
I recently upgraded from ACT 2006 to ACT Pro 2012 and had to create this field again so it may be a setting that I am unfamiliar with. I went into Tools-Define Fields & Tools-Design Layout to see if I may have missed a setting, but I don't see anything different when compared to other fields. Also the information that should appear is a drop down window when viewed in Detail View.
Anyones assistance is greatly appreciated.
