I have a user who can add one history note to any contact. The second attempt to add a history note to any contact results in "Note could not be created. One or more of the Contacts or Associations may have been deleted". Closing ACT and relauncing will allow him to add one history note...
ACT is running client/server. No other users are expierencing this problem. Symantec AV client is set to exclude local act directories (program files, my doc amd applcaition data) and network database files. Client OS is XP pro sp2. I have made the user a local admin with no change
