Problem: Only half the Contacts sync from Sage to Google

There appears to be a glitch in the sync with Google function that only transfers about half of the contacts in Sage to the address book in the Google account (only about 400 of the nearly 900 contacts appear in Gmail Contacts following a complete sync).  I have checked and double-checked the process, as well as going so far to unsync and delete the Google account information so that I could start the process from scratch, yet the problem persists.  I have spent many hours researching and troubleshooting this issue and have yet to come across a solution.  Any help would be much appreciated.  Thank you.

Hello Lis,
Welcome to the Sage ACT! Community. As a test, try creating a new Google account and see if the contacts sync in that. You may also want to run maintenance on your database from the Tools menu in ACT!.
