We have recently upgraded ACT! to v21 as well as Outlook to 2016.
Seems any new e-mails that are automatically attached to ACT will only open in "compose" or "reply" mode when opened within the ACT history and not as a standalone e-mail message.
But I just found out if I go into the Outlook Add-In toolbar and manually attach an e-mail message, it seems to open normally within ACT as an e-mail attachment I can choose to reply or forward or any other option.
I can attach screenshots if needed.
Any help would be great!
