It ran finew on the older Win7 64-bit box.
It ran fine the first week on this new one. Now, the shortcut just lays there on the desktop like a mutt asleep in the noonday sun.
If I open up Explorer and try to launch it (program files (x86)/Act/Acto for Windows/act11.exe), it's non-responsive.
If I try to use the CD, it attempts to uninstall.

Fixed, I think...well at least it opens!
I re-visited an earlier thread regarding a SQL Server issue I had in 2011, changed SQL Server (ACT 7) in services.msc to Automatic (delayed start) from Automatic, which this new box came configured as, and it opened.
When I click Help/ACT! Update, it informs me I have the latest version. So I guess I have all the hotfixes I need?
