Does anyone have a solution to the problem where when changing from the default printer when printing a letter causes issues where future print jobs do not go to the correct printer. ACT has to be closed and reopened to get it working correctly again.
This does not happen when printing labels or envelopes using File-Print. I seems to only happen when you print a letter from a template.
I am using ACT 10.0.2.191, Hotfix 1 on Windows XP SP3 with Microsoft Word 2003
