I would like to be able to preview the status of an active activity series and to be able to print it out to pass along to management as a status report. I would also like to view and print an inactive series to place in a procedure manual. how can this be done.

Hello and thanks for responding. What I mean by previewing the status is to see what tasks have been completed and when and what still has to be done and when.
Printing is an important feature so I can provide a hard copy to management.

Seeing the stage would be accopliished by naming the stages and series themselves appropriately. There is not an activity series control panel or report to see the stages.
You can access the activity series view from the OLEDB provider within Crystal Reports (it'ts been a while, but I've dont it)
At best to accomplish this withing ACT would be to write a report that can be viewed within Crystal reports.

Well, thank you Jon, I must admit that I am surprised that it isnt a feature already. I dont know anything about OLEDB provider within Crystal Reports. Where do I go to get more information on this?
