When I print my weekly schedule...the schedule shows all the daily events Monday thru Friday...but for some reason the format doesn't include the weekend activities that are also very important for me to have on paper
How do I get the weekly printout to show 7 days of actvities?

Assuming you are using the File > Print > Week Calendar > 'choose a template' option to print your weekly schedule, there is an Options button on the Print screen (same screen as Week Calendar and template selection). By clicking the Options button you can select 'Saturday and Sunday' to display in your printout.
