Printer error

In a networked community, when trying to print the ACT! calendar to the Xerox Phaser 7400 (color) we get a system error and ACT! closes. This error happens at other PC's as well. However, we can print to the HP 1320 (B&W) without a problem. We have updated the printer driver but that does not seem to fix the problem. Any suggestions?

It would help to know what version of Act! you are using and what version of Windows it is on.  Now, something to consider.  Is your Xerox Phaser 7400 printing in PCL 5e, PCL 6, or Postscript?  The HP primarily uses the PCL language when printing.  It appears the Xerox default is Postscript.
