Print out Simple list of Contacts

Hello Sage ACT! Community,

I was wondering how to print out a list of contacts from a lookup. 

When I create a lookup, hit File > Print, it gives me a bunch of presets that I don't understand/don't need.

Is there a quick way to print out JUST THE FIRST AND LAST NAMES in a simple list? I don't want the equivalent of a screenshot (printing all of the toolbars and buttons and all), literally just the names.

Running Sage ACT! Pro 2011 Version 13.1.111.0, Hot Fix 6.

Hello David.  Actually, instead of using any of the onboard reports, I would just export it to Excel and print from there.
