Running ACT! 2008 (10.0) in Windows XP Professional, I can pull up a preview of any report I want no problem. However, when I try to print one to Adobe PDF, the error "unable to find Adobe PDF resource file C:\...\...job options", with a ridiculous file name in front of the job option filled with 3 lines of nothing but symbols. I've uninstalled an reinstalled Acrobat, made sure the job options files were located in the folder listed by the error message, reinstalled the Adobe PDF printer under printers and faxes, updated its driver, and printed PDFs from all other programs with no trouble. I just can't help thinking it's only ACT that's the issue. HELP!
Any ideas would be much appreciated!

I have the same problem, but the file name in front of the ",joboptions" is a single character that looks like a square. I can print to the Acrobat printer from all other applications; only Act gives this error. Anyone at Act have any suggestions?
