Re: Postcard image

I printed to PDF frm the report editor which, in my experience, is more restrictive that direstly from a saved template.

My OS is Windows 7 but I do have 8-gig RAM.

What you describe could be an issue of resources or a problem with the .NET Framework.

Also images don't show up on preview.

I called support.

It's a know issue and a update for 2010 will be issued.

2011 have the same problem.

[EDIT] If I try to print more than 7 postcard, the image will be lost on the 8th.

Re: Postcard image

What type of layout are you using for the postcard template?

Images such as photos and logos don't show in preview and this has been true for the past several version. I assume it's to preserve resources and appears to be by design. Date range information also doesn't show in preview from the report editor.

As to having an image not print after several pages, I've never experienced that. My guess is that it's a resource issue. Are you using Windows 7 for your operating system?  I'm running Windows 7 and I've noticed that where XP would allow complete depletion of resources Windows 7 appears to supress very high resource users when resources start to run low.

I use avery label avery 8383 template.

You can make a test: put a image on the 8383, then save as.

Then choose 8 contacts. Then print on PDF. Let's see if you have the same issue.

Re: Postcard image

I added a photo to my custom version of that 8383 template (in your original post it sounds like your are using the template from my custom package) and ran to PDF and all 50 sheets show the photo.

Re: Postcard image

Hello feejo,

Take a look at  RemarkableMail in the ACT! add-on store. It looks like they are offering a free copy for a limited time. Not sure if this is what you are looking for, but you may want to check it out.
