I really need help. CAnt get old Act databases from post crash/new hard drive document file to open in newly reloaded Act 2012. Can anyone help me get access to these databases?

I'm unable to determine the error you are receiving, but here is an article with instructions for moving database files from one computer to another: KB Article 23392
You'll start with step 11.
If that does not resolve the issue, please include the error you are receiving and the file types you have copied to the new computer.
