I have a group set up to monitor a calling plan and I'd like to display a column in my contact list that shows the date of the next scheduled meeting with that contact. is that possible?

If you have a field that contains that information, then you can add that field as a column on the contact list by clicking Options in the right corner of the list view and choosing Customize Columns.
