Over the last several days I have been receiving the following error message when trying to get into my Act. I have attached the error message as a print screen attachment. I have gone through the ask online portion with no success from the steps I received. If some one could please contact me as soon as possible to try and get this problem solved, that would be great. Thanks in advance for your help.
