Permissions question with Calender/Contact sync

We have a 12 user database with ACT! Premium 2011. I have calendar and contact sync enabled through Outlook.  I need to know/confirm that nobody can see my calendar within ACT. I DO have a unique user id and password tied within act. As it stands we share an ACT! server/database throughout the office.

Re: Permissions question with Calender/Contact sync

Hello ptuser,
Welcome to the Sage ACT! Community. If you go to the menu and click Schedule > Grant Calendar Access, you can control who has access to your calendar. This security would only apply to activities that are scheduled for you (which activities synced from Outlook would). Please note that Manager and Administrator level users can see everyone's calendar. If you want to hide a particular activity, then you will need to open the activity and check the "Private" box in the lower left.

Note: Effective 6/1/13, Sage no longers provides support for the Act! software. This is now provided by Swiftpage.
