We have had an update request flashing for a couple of weeks at each boot-up. We have 3 users sharing a server database on Pro 2013, version 15.0.301.0. Even after the update, yesterday, I kept using ACT. Today I can't even get to the splash screen, but other users are fine. How can I get back to where I was before the update? ACT, itself, has been no help except to send me here.

I get an immediate "Act has encountered a problem and has to close." Not even the splash screen. After I did the update I used ACT all afternoon, but not at all, today.
