Using Peachtree for our accounting and sales process, we are in the process of selecting a CRM solution and I was wondering if someone could share his/her experience regarding ACT! and the link with Peachtree.
I saw that it's a free solution and can synchronize contacts between the two apps. I was wondering if it was possible to create opportunities in ACT! based on quotes generated within Peachtree (or vice versa: create quotes in Peachtree from an opportunity in ACT!).
If this is not possible, can quotes be imported into ACT! as opportunity or the other way around: opportunity imported into Peachtree as quotes?
In order to avoid data entry duplication, what would be the best practice using both software?
