We are using Peachtree 2011 with Act 2012 and the Link plugin. Our Outlook incoming emails attach to customer history in Act ok, as do our outbound emails.
But, if we use Peachtree's email-invoice function which spawns an Outlook window with the invoice attached to the email, pre-prepared... the sent message does not get attached to customer history at all.
Is this supposed to work? Has anyone run into this?
