Password

I have upgraded my Act! And now it is asking for a password and I don't have it or can't remember it. How can I open my converted database?

When most users set up a database, they set the user name to their First and Last name and have no password. I would recommend trying this. If that doesn't work there are a couple of knowledgebase articles that may be able to help you. See below:
